This Pizza Express is very good despite having red chairs and being (according to Wocasta Steve) "its not very pizza expressyy". I like it and think it is a very suitable location for eating.

22 Dec, 1:15pm - Went to meet 2 colleagues for lunch. Came in doorway, stood for 5-10 minutes. The manager, waiters, waitresses and other staff completely ignored us.
At least 20 open tables in the back, 2 in the front. We had to almost get in fornt of a waiter to ask about a table... Reluctantly, who couldn't be bothered to stop whatever he was doing, and muttered something about not having anymore tables and that we'd have to wait.
The manager stared straight at me 2-3 times and not so much as offerred a smile, a greeting, nothing.
Rude, arrogant, horrible customer service. It's the wrong economy to be treating customers badly. Wen across the street to Bella Italia, was greeted and pleasantly seated immediately. The waitress acted like she was happy to have customers.
Pizza Express: will never go back there. Other restaurants seem to appreciate customers.
