Director of Organisational & People Development

Salary: £78,100 to £81,600

We are looking for individuals with world class leadership skills to join our highly successful service

You will need to be able to demonstrate all of the skills and attributes of a strategic leader, involving and motivating people at all levels of the organisation. You will need to be enthusiastic and innovative and work closely with the Chief Executive and other members of the Senior Leadership Team demonstrating drive and commitment to make a positive contribution to our strategic agenda.

If you have a proven track record of engaging and partnering with key stakeholders on issues that are important to us and our communities and you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge we look forward to hearing from you.

There is no requirement to have been an operational fire officer but should you possess this competence an extra allowance is available should you be required to provide strategic operational cover on our executive rota.
