Please type your description about the room, rent and type of person sought below (up to 30 words). Information that you give here is for publication in The List magazine and on The List website.

  • Please ensure that your advert is no more than 30 words.
  • Please do not type the advert in capital letters.
  • Please do not send an advert more than once for the same issue.


Please type a contact telephone number for would-be flatmates to call. Information that you give here is for publication in The List magazine and on The List website.

  • Flatshare adverts must be placed using our online booking service
  • For administration purposes, advertisers must supply their full name and address (NOT for publication)
  • The deadline for flatshare bookings is 12 noon on the Friday before the magazine comes out. Any ads received after 12 noon on the Friday before the magazine comes out will go into the issue after that.
  • The Flatshare service is for people seeking a flatmate. Only flatshare adverts will be accepted for publication in this section.
  • It is company policy not to accept adverts deemed to be offensive or discriminatory. The List reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any advertisement at our discretion and without explanation.
  • The List does not accept liability for any loss incurred by error or omission of any advertisement.

We advise that you do not give out personal details to those enquiring about your flat. For your personal safety, you should always have someone with you when you are showing people your flat, or when you are going to see a room in a flat.
