Autumn crafts for young nature lovers to enjoy during the school hols.

Help to identify the wide range of animals, fungi and plants that make Harestanes their home and continue a long tradition of wildlife recording. Experts from TWIC (The Wildlife Information Centre) and other organisations will be on hand to lead recording parties. Suitable for 8+; under 16s must be with an adult.

Try pond-dipping, listen to underwater sounds in the wildlife garden, make a bumblebee house or create your own leaf art! There’s lots of activities and hands-on advice from wildlife experts too.
