A survey exhibition of recent and new work by Andrew Grassie. His first major solo exhibition in Scotland, Talbot Rice Gallery has brought together a selection of the artist's output from the past ten years. Grassie responds to this particular hang with new paintings of the installation itself, with the exhibition only becoming complete once these works take their places on the gallery walls 'Part of the Edinburgh Art Festival'

The Art of Italy in the Royal Collection: The Baroque

Part two of the gallery's Italian art exhibition includes 'The Calling of Saints Peter and Andrew' by Caravaggio, Annibale Carracci's 'Allegory of Truth and Time', Orazio Gentileschi's 'Joseph and Potiphar's Wife', Cristofano Allori's 'Judith with the Head of Holofernes' and drawings by Guido Reni, Guercino and Bernini. Last admission is one hour before the gallery closes.

The Art of Italy in the Royal Collection: The Renaissance

32 paintings and 42 drawings from the period of the Italian Renaissance, that includes works by Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael and Tintoretto, Giovanni Bellini, Lorenzo Costa and Titian. This is the first of two-part exhibition, the second of which will cover the Baroque period. Last admission 5pm.
