A cross country bike ride through the lesser known natural parts of the Tweed Valley in a route that takes in forest tracks, drove roads, well trodden hill paths and rarely used ancient passes. The route is extensive and can be tricky so come fully prepared for a self-guided, self-sufficient day out.

Tough climbs, big descents and linking stages all form part of this all-mountain enduro-style bike race. Points are awarded depending on finishing positions for each stage, and the riders with the highest totals wear the crowns
