(2 stars) A young lawyer (Radcliffe) arrives at a remote English village to conclude the estate of a dead woman; cue lots of shoogly windows, creaky floorboards and slamming doors. Despite smart production choices of screenwriter and director, and a commendable performance by Radcliffe, the movie is dull, old-fashioned and decidedly short on terror.
