Join Charles Academy of Dance as they travel on-board 'The Energy Express' in a spectacular day of dance. Showcasing routines in ballet, tap, modern, jazz, contemporary and musical theatre, the event promises to deliver a journey you will never forget!

The star pupils put on a show of traditional dance like ballet and tap, alongside modern faves including zumba and cheerleading.

An energetic dance work from the French company led by Fouad Boussouf. Incorporating elements of hip hop, contemporary movement and urban dance, this work is inspired by the November 2005 Paris riots, exploring how vehicles are seen as a means of both escape and entrapment.

The dance pupils of London Studio Centre strut their stuff in this showcase of first and second years.

A modern dance duet featuring two dancers ensconced inside a large, transparent bubble. The piece which is performed to specially commission music by Jon Hughes, showcases the importance of conservation and the relationship with the cycles of Mother Nature.

Lossiemouth's Rock Academy Performing Arts present their summer showcase of dance.

The young pupils(ages 3–18) of Susan Diane School of Dance put on a show that spans ballet, modern, jazz and tap. Proceeds go to Florence Nightingale Hospice.

Hip-hop and street moves for young hip things. Wear loose clothes and indoor trainers or jazz shoes. Ages 9–12 from 4.30pm; ages 13+ from 5.30pm.
