A fun introduction to an exciting range of dance styles, including street and commercial jazz, contemporary dance and ballet.

Set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs and boasting outstanding views all around, this music and arts festival will once again take place on the bank holiday weekend within the grounds of Glynde Place, featuring many outstanding international, national and local acts. Working with a street dance professional with years of experience, you will work hard to create a polished and sophisticated street dance routine.

Young people are given the opportunity to participate in a friendly environment, in solo and group dances in ballet, tap and modern, presided by a professional dance adjudicator.

Various styles including ballet, lyrical, tap, Greek and modern jazz.

Salsa dancing for beginners, intermediate and experienced dancers.

Four days of ballet classes for young dancers with previous ballet experience, inspired by some of your favourite ballets, including The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Hansel and Gretel. There are two sessions: Grades 1 and 2 from 10.30am–12.30pm and Grades 4 and 5 from 1.30–3.30pm.

Dance and movement sessions for young children, which aim to bring out their creativity and imagination.

Incorporating music, props and mime, Wiggle & Giggle will bring out the little dancer within! This class will also help encourage confidence and working alongside other children in a fun and exciting environment. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and indoor trainers.
