RoadBlock Run (formerly Urbanathlon) returns with another race filled with obstacles for runners to negotiate in aid of Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland. Prizes for fastest males, females and teams, as well as a special prize for runners in fancy dress.

The 11th sponsored cycle organised by the University of Glasgow to promote this fun and healthy activity and raise essential funds for leukaemia research. Families and riders of all abilities are welcome and you can chose between a 13 and a 26 mile route, both starting and finishing in Kelvingrove Park.

Get fit, enjoy the views and raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support by walking through the lovely setting of Holyrood Park on either a 3-mile or an 8-mile route. Suitable for the whole family (except for Rover).

Starting and finishing on Loch Lomond Shores and taking in great views, this fun run is open to adults and children aged 11+.

It's the first day of the 50/50 Food Festival, and Henderson's staff are running the Edinburgh Half Marathon dressed up like giant vegetables. Naturally. Cheer them on at Regent Road as they race to support Edinburgh Garden Partners. Pledges can be made at the restaurant.
