What a shambles.Left Ayrshire to visit the Scottish Caravan Show at the SECC, I should have stayed in bed.The queue for the car park was at least 1 mile long and moving at a snails pace, when we finally got to the car park we were directed around the parking area back out to the main road as the car park was deemed to be full. From the start of the queue to the return to the main road,1 hour. The main road was again blocked with traffic this time not moving,30 minutes to travel 1 mile back to where we started.Directed to the east carpark to be advised this was full and we should make our way to the Science Centre.informed by a car park attendant the the place was chaotic as there was no directions from their bosses ,as my wife required her wheel chair there was no way I could manage so I had to return to Ayrshire greatly disappointed.

SECC,my message is if you cannot organize smooth running car parking facilities you should stop conning the people by telling them they would have a great day out as this was anything but great.Better still give the car parking to professional people who know how to run it ,not a bunch of amateurs who don`t have an idea.Sorry SECC,a pathetic effort.

The Secc Caravan show was a complete waste of money and to be charged £6.00 to park your car is a joke. The toilets were dirty and it had only been open 2 hours. You were given a programme that was worth £5.00 for free however it was just adverts!!! The caravans were packed in so tightly you couldn't walk around them without being barged into and when you did wait to get in a sales man pushed in and showed another couple in and blocked the door without even apologising. I bet that dealer wouldn't be so quick if the customer was making a complaint about their van!! The farmers market was a joke, 5 stalls and you could buy all the stuff on the high street cheaper. We met friend there and they were really dissappointed. We all left after a couple of hours and really felt ripped off!! Come on Secc and dealers you can do so much better .A really POOR EFFORT!!!!
