Ballet Absolute Beginners

Ballet class is good for your body as well as your mind. For those with no prior experience, this class will introduce you to the fundamentals of classical ballet technique.We will explore the basic positions and steps, proper posture and alignment, whilst developing musicality and artistic quality. Feel your confidence and appreciation for the art form grow as you master new skills and develop a deeper awareness of your own body.

Wear comfortable clothing but not too loose. Beginners, Improvers & Intermediates require soft ballet shoes.
