Be prepared to work! Different progressions will be offered so everyone can build upon the foundations they bring to class, boosting not only their skills but their understanding of their own body. Sequences will challenge how you combine the fundamental elements of alignment, strength, flexibility, rhythm and momentum to move with maximum efficiency.
We recommend loose comfortable clothing and bare feet for all classes.
