Scattered Like Seeds
They're scattered around towns across the west coast of the US and in countries around the world – on buses, trains, cabs, in restrooms, bars, left along with the tip; stuffed into a stranger's back pocket, poems in small booklets half the size of a business card scattered like seeds by those who want to see poetry grow in a barren cultural landscape. Poems-For-All from Sacramento have been sending their small booklets to StAnza for more than five years to be distributed around town during the festival. This exhibition of their unique cover artwork is part StAnza’s theme for 2012 of 'The Image'. Part of StAnza: Scotland's International Poetry Festival.
