Mike Svoboda

Mike Svoboda is one of Europe's boldest composer/performers; he's worked with Lachenmann and Stockhausen and, when he was in Ensemble Modern, was one of the players on Frank Zappa's classic CD The Yellow Shark. Svoboda is virtuosic, funny and inventive and here he presents contemporary works and improvisations for solo trombone.
