Poetry Café: Chris Young & Jane Overton

The first of this year's lively Poetry Café events offers poetry sure to spice up the lunch included in the ticket price. Chris Young, familiar to many for his regular slam appearances at the Byre, was a worthy winner of the StAnza 2011 slam. He is joined in the Studio Theatre by one of his regular sparring partners from Arguments and Nosebleeds, an occasional collective founded by Jane Overton to bring the punch of performance poetry to mainstream audiences at the Edinburgh Fringe and beyond. Presented with the support of Kingarroch at the Byre and Stuart’s of Buckhaven. Part of StAnza: Scotland's International Poetry Festival.
