A fundraising family fun day in aid of the RNLI's inshore lifeboats, with live bands, a fair, craft stalls, the marine lake and other pleasant ways to spend a summer's day. On the evening of Fri 17 Aug there's a new event – the Young Guns Night, which is a showcase for young local talent (tickets £5).
