Fancy a 165-foot freefall abseil off the Forth Rail Bridge? You can do it, and raise money for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland in the process. Highly skilled instructors will be on hand to ensure that the process is as safe as possible; no previous experience of abseiling is required, all you have to be is over 16 (although parental consent is required for 16-17-year-olds). Entrants must pledge to raise at least £125 for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.

No previous experience is necessary to take part in this tremendous adventure. You just need to be over 16 and away you go! (Parental consent is required for persons of 16 and 17 wishing to take part.)
