Fancy a 165-foot freefall abseil off the Forth Rail Bridge? You can do it, and raise money for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland in the process. Highly skilled instructors will be on hand to ensure that the process is as safe as possible; no previous experience of abseiling is required, all you have to be is over 16 (although parental consent is required for 16-17-year-olds). Entrants must pledge to raise at least £125 for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.
