Kevin Bridges: The Story Continues…
Bridges has been performing stand-up since the age of 17 and featured in the finals of the So You Think You're Funny? talent contest at the 2005 Edinburgh Fringe, when he was just 18. His first gig was at the Blackfriar's pub in Glasgow, and after dipping his toe in the water with this small-scale gig he dove in head first and has been hooked on comedy ever since. Over the years he has created his own brand of dry yet daring humour. Oddly enough, his stand up gigs are hugely successful in Saudi Arabia where the very thought of mentioning delicate topics such as Bin Laden and the wearing of burkas would send most people into a cold sweat, but not Kevin. His 'He Who Dares Wins' attitude has worked out for the best and earned him acclaim amongst comedians and comedy fans alike. This rising star is one to watch on the comedy circuit after his success at the Fringe and his lively eight-minute set on the BBC showcase Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow there's no stopping this bright young comedian.
