Caro Emerald and her terrific band put on a superb show at Camden's Jazz Cafe on Thursday August 25th. Her voice is incredible and, backed by her fantastic band, it's was a really great show.
You can't help feeling though the next six months are critical if she is to become a real superstar. How she follows up début album Deleted Scenes From the Cutting Room Floor is key. She needs to keep it fresh and ensure the songs don't become predictable.
I'm definitely going to see her again though. Best gig I've been to for a long long time.
