Duane Eddy

Duane Eddy, King Of Twang, is twanging his way round the UK delivering his roguish rock'n'roll guitar stylings. Eddy's most successful pop hits were between 1958 and 1963 and featured the sound that was to define his style, which consisted of playing the bass strings of the guitar to create the famous twang which went on to feature on 34 chart singles, 15 of which made the top 40 in the charts, and achieve sales of over 100 million worldwide. It was the fusion of blues, jazz and gospel along with catchy titles such as Rebel Rouser, Forty Miles Of Bad Road, Cannonball and The Lonely One that added to his popularity. He began playing guitar at the age of five and after moving from his home in New York to Phoenix Arizona at the age of 13 met Lee Hazlewood, who was to become a long-term friend and musical partner, a partnership that formed the solid foundation of his career. Eddy is now touring performing some of his best-loved hits.

We don't have details of any future performances, if you know of some please let us know.
