Waiting For Godot

Sean Mathias's production of Samuel Beckett's drama about two down-and-out men questioning the purpose of life takes to the stage for an eleven week run. The story follows two friends as they wait for the mysterious Godot, joking, arguing, singing eating and amusing each other along the way. Beckett's play was first performed on the London stage over 50 years ago and became known for its originality. The play has become a great success over the years, succeeding in entertaining its audience, although nothing actually happens. Ian McKellen and Roger Rees return to play the roles of Estragon and Lucky and are joined by Matthew Kelly and Roger Rees as Pozzo and Vladimir. Estragon and Vladimir are seen as a double act as they entertain themselves while waiting for the mysterious Godot who they both claim they barely know or would even recognise if they saw him.

We don't have details of any future performances, if you know of some please let us know.
