The indie quartet are on tour promoting their latest album In This Light And On This Evening. This their third album represents a leap forward for the group since their debut album The Back Room exploded onto the scene in 2005 which received a Mercury Prize nomination in 2006. Their follow up album An End Has A Start also received a BRIT Awards nomination for Best British Band. Since the band were formed in 2002 after meeting at University they have achieved acclaim within the indie scene and were dubbed the Best British Band Of The Decade by The Mail On Sunday. The group draws on influences from past and present developing their own style of dark indie-rock and their latest album sees the group experimenting with raw new sounds. The young group brings a fresh interpretation of the indie genre to the scene and with their music often being viewed as a revival.
