Frankie Boyle: I'd Happily Punch Every One Of You In The Face
The former Mock The Week regular takes his controversial brand of comedy on a tour of the UK. The Scottish comic has also made notable appearances on other popular TV panel shows including Have I Got News For You, Never Mind The Buzzcocks and 8 Out Of 10 Cats. The Glasgow-born stand-up performed at The Stand in Edinburgh during his early career, where he got his big break into the comedy circuit. Boyle is known by fans to have a pessimistic and morbid sense of humour, which is reflected in the title of his tour and the title of his autobiography, My Shit Life So Far. Boyle made his last appearance on Mock The Week in December 2009 on the Christmas Special, deciding to leave to concentrate on other aspects of his career, and claiming that some of the material he had written for the show proved too risque for the BBC. Boyle has featured on DVD releases of the panel TV show as well as a DVD of a live sell-out show performed in London during his 2008 tour.
We don't have details of any future performances, if you know of some please let us know.
