Run Balmoral 11

I ran The Balmoral "Stena Drilling" 10K last week, and my electronic Tag did not register my time...So infact, it looks as though I never ran the race. Most annoying.
I have asked the organizers if there was a problem with these tags but as yet they have not replied...Again most annoying.After some asking around I know of at least 3 other people who suffered the same fate and can only guess at official time.
