The Dutch Furniture at Lauriston
Stephen Jackson, Senior Curator of Applied Art and Design at National Museums Scotland, gives an illustrated lecture on the history of furniture in the Netherlands, and the Scottish taste for Dutch art in the years surrounding 1900. An examination of some of Lauriston's many pieces follows. Includes refreshments and a tour of the castle. Advance booking recommended.
