I have been to the comedy at the Ivory for the last few weeks now and I have always left having had a great night. The compere is knowledgable and witty and the majority of the acts are really funny. It's free and the booze is reasonably priced (unless you drink Peroni), so its great value at twice the price. I would recommend this to anyone. Except Michelle McManus....

There are no tickets - you just turn up and pay normal prices for your drinks. Its the best free comedy night on the south side of glasgow on a sunday night on camphill avenue in shawlands.... (once you've been once you will get the joke...)
