Differences in Demolition
Scottish composer Nigel Osborne's enchanting new chamber opera draws on the Bosnian music of 'Sevdah', meaning love or longing and features Bosnian poet and Librettist Goran Simic. Drawing on mythical archetypes, Osborne's soulful work details a wrought world overpowered by greed, conflict and desire.
