Blas Festival / Fèis Chiùil na Gàidhealtachd

Getting better each year, Blas returns to the Highlands to celebrate all that's great and good in traditional music and the arts. The vast programme comprises 45 events this year, ranging from the traditional joys of The Chieftains, Phil Cunningham, Aly Bain, Cherish the Ladies, The Peatbog Faeries, Julie Fowlis, Alyth and Shooglenifty to the strange: a Cessna plane ride with fiddle sereande by Bruce MacGregor.
