I attended the festival with my daughter. It was a fantastic experience for the young and not so young musicians - to see super talented, world class guitarists perform and to work with them in master classes: how fantastic! Not so great is that, unless the DGF receives more funding, this may be the last. This would be a tragedy not only for the students and performers from around the world. but for the city of Dundee, to loose their internationaly renowned festival which, no doubt, boosts tourism and brings revenue to the city's businesses.
