Jon Bon Jovi's singing coach kills chickens to cure clients' vocal problems.

Katie Agresta - an industry leader in professional vocal coaching who has also previously worked with Steven Tyler, Cyndi Lauper and Lenny Kravitz - is known for her 'Voodoo Voice' techniques which she uses to combat musicians' ailments.

Jared Spector - star of hit Broadway musical 'Jersey Boys' - told the Bon Jovi frontman at the launch party for Philadelphia Style magazine: "The chicken lady says hi."

Spector added: "It's been said that all she has to do is rip a chicken's head off and you'll be cured of anything."

Jon recently revealed he and his bandmates - guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboard player Dave Bryan and drummer Tico Torres - hope to stay in prime condition and keep rocking into their 60s.

Jon said: "We're musicians, it's what we're built to do, and while we still sound good, then why not?"
