Fife rockers Sergeant, recently tipped for success by Alan McGee in the Guardian, are to play a JD Set gig at Glasgow's Cathouse on the 25 April.

The Jack Daniels-sponsored event will see the band joined by Nottingham's I Was a Cub Scout. Tickets can be ordered from www.thejdset.co.uk
