Tommy Smith and Arild Andersen

This collaboration between Scotland’s leading jazz saxophonist and one of the great names in Norwegian jazz, bassist Arild Andersen (pictured), first saw the light of day at the Islay Jazz Festival a couple of years ago, and gets a further airing here. They have already demonstrated what a musically compatible combination they make, and will doubtless delve even deeper this time round.
