Never Back Down (15) 113min •• Jake Tyler (Sean Faris) is a troubled tough kid with a talent for martial arts. When he is forced to move to a new city with his family he becomes a bit of an angry loner until a humiliating fight at a party gives him a goal, namely to beat the crap out a bully named Ryan McDonald (Cam Gigandet) with the help of mentor Jean Roqua (Djimon Hounsou, pictured). Sub Karate Kid nonsense. General release from Fri 4 Apr.
