Scottish Arts Council gets £8m Lottery boost

The Scottish Arts Council is to benefit from an £8m National Lottery fund, in a bid to create ‘more, wider and better’ opportunities for participation in the arts. Launched under the name Inspire, a spokesperson for the SAC said the vision for the fund was ‘to inspire and enable more people in Scotland to enjoy and engage with the arts.’
