Mmm mmm mmm mmm!

Now that we’ve got your attention, how exactly to describe this event? There are cakes, there are bands, there’s an auction. The cakes are very, very, very good, one of the bands is called Dick Dangerous & the Love Bastards (we’re, like, so there), and various local and international artists have designed cake boxes, which will be auctioned for charity. With the cakes still in them, don’t worry. The whole thing is a launch party for Ever So Sweet a new independently-run company who want to cater cakes for your parties, and it’s happening at the brand sparkling new GRV, one of The List’s favourite new finds for 2008.
