Cock a hoop

OK, we’ve officially found the best ever way to rediscover your waist in the new year. Dance Base’s weekly Hula Hoopla classes, which start on Monday 7 January and run into March, not only tone your hips and backside back into shape, but allow you the comforting illusion that you’re actually eight years old again. We’ve not heard whether they’ll let you do it in time to Laura-round-the-corner’s New Kids on the Block tape yet, right enough.
