Garner grabs Ghosts gig gingerly, gets greenlight, giggles gaily
Alliterative madness will make you tell lies, however, the first part of the above farrago is indeed true.
Jennifer Garner will be teaming up with Matthew McConaughey for New Line’s latest rom com effort Ghosts of Girlfriends Past.
The story follows the tale of a happy go lucky womaniser (presumably McConaughey, could be Garner) who is visited by apparitions of his past, present and future girlfriends.
As is contractually stipulated in these situations, he winds up realising that he is in fact in love with his childhood sweetheart.
Lovely - though there is one problem with the story. Why on Earth would be have to be visited by an apparition of his present girlfriend, who would, presumably, already be there in an entirely corporeal form?
Hollywood, UP YOUR GAME.
