Eminem to perform in Glasgow in summer 2013

American rapper Marshall Bruce Mathers III, better known as Eminem, has been announced as the first headliner of DF Concerts & Events Glasgow Summer Sessions series of concerts. Eminem will be performing on Tuesday the 20th of August at Bellahouston Park, meeting the Scottish audience again after two years, following his last performance at T in the park in 2010.

The Glasgow Summer Sessions is a new series of big-name gigs at Bellahouston Park in the Southside, with more to be announced in the near future.

Scotland is preparing itself for the event by offering bus packages in conjunction with Citylink, directed to Bellahouston Park from all major cities in the country and the north of England. In addition, a bus service will be available on the day offering return journeys from Buchanan Street Bus Station to the location of the event.

Presale of the tickets for Eminem’s gig begins tomorrow, 29th January. Tickets can also be purchased via a 24 hour hotline – 08448471581. More tickets go on general sale at 9am on Wed 30 Jan and will be purchasable online at links that will be published on eFestivals’ website shortly.
