Greg Rutherford won't take part in any reality TV shows until his career is over.
The long jumper - who won gold at this year's London Olympics - has been linked to a series of shows but insists he won't signup to anything until he has retired as he wants to concentrate on retaining his Olympic title at Rio 2016.
Speaking at the Square Mile Masked Ball at London's One Mayfair last night (15.11.12), the 25-year-old athlete told BANG Showbiz: "I won't be doing anything like 'Strictly' at the moment as I want to concentrate on my career. I want to go to Rio in four years time and retain my title. Maybe after I retire I'll do something like that."
Greg's fellow Team GB stars, cyclist Victoria Pendleton and gymnast Louis Smith, are currently taking part in 'Strictly Come Dancing' and he can see why they signed up.
He added: "I think it's great Victoria and Louis are doing 'Strictly' and it's definitely the right move for them as their careers are ending. I'm cheering them both on and it's good to see them doing well and trying something new."
Other guests at the exclusive bash - which raised money for children's charity Rays of Sunshine - included 'EastEnders' actor Gary Lucy, stars of 'Made In Chelsea' and 'X Factor' contestant Melanie Masson, who performed to the crowd.
