Spy drone monitored V festival

A remote-controlled spy drone was used to monitor the crowds at last weekend’s V festival, it has been revealed.
This is the first time the flying surveillance vehicles have been used at a major public event. It was also used during V to monitor activity in the car parks and gather intelligence on individual members of the crowd.
