Kerrang! names Lostprophets best British band
Lostprophets have scooped the award for best British band at the Kerrang! awards for the second year in a row. The Welsh rockers fought off competition from Muse, Enter Shikari, Biffy Clyro and a Funeral For A Friend to win the accolade.
Lostprophets won the award for best British band title as well as best band last year. US band My Chemical Romance scored best international band, while rock group Nine Inch Nails were presented with an icon award by singer and Hollywood star Juliette Lewis to mark almost 20 years together.
