Mark Wright doesn't miss being in 'The Only Way is Essex'.
The 25-year-old reality star quit the ITV2 show in October last year after three series to pursue other career options, and while he loved the people in the programme, he found it "quite stressful" and "a lot of pressure".
Speaking at the European premiere of 'The Dark Knight Rises' in London's Leicester Square last night (18.07.12), he told BANG Showbiz: "I miss the people, 'TOWIE' is always going to be in my heart. I wouldn't necessarily say I miss being in it, it was quite stressful and it was a lot of pressure."
Mark - who was previously involved in a 10-year on/off relationship with his 'TOWIE' co-star Lauren Goodger, which dominated the first three seasons of the programme - enjoys being able to "relax" and watch all the action unfold on the reality show, which returns for a sixth series on Sunday (22.07.12).
He added: "I love watching 'TOWIE' and I'm going to get the popcorn in ready for Sunday. I can't wait! I can just relax and watch it all happen now, which is great."
Since leaving 'TOWIE', Mark has gone on to star on 'I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!' - in which he finished second behind McFly bassist Dougie Poynter - his own reality show 'Mark Wright's Hollywood Nights' and 'Take Me Out: The Gossip', which he confirmed is returning for another series this year.
He explained: "I've got another series of 'Take Me Out: The Gossip' later this year and I'm really looking forward to that."
