'Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model' contestant Danielle Steven thinks Tyson Beckford was the most helpful judge on the show.
The 19-year-old gap year student - who was eliminated on the first episode of the Sky Living HD modeling contest last night (09.07.12) - admitted she was nervous about the swimwear photoshoot in Dubai until supermodel Tyson put her at ease.
The rookie model exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "It was daunting, especially it being my first photoshoot. Tyson was quite helpful, he was making it a bit more chilled out. I was really nervous, but he made me relax."
The feisty tomboy was resigned to the fact she could be leaving and maintains head judge Elle Macpherson was fair in her decision - despite not having any feedback about why she was axed.
She reflected: "I think the whole thing was mad. Everyone was a bit taken about by Elle. They [the judges] didn't actually give a reason.
"I would have liked to have had some feedback, but Elle just said she didn't think I had what it took. I suppose she was fair - somebody had to go, didn't they!"
Danielle confessed the worst thing about being evicted was leaving her fellow contestants.
She said: "It was good, but it was tough. I met some lovely girls out of it though. The worst thing was leaving all the girls.
"I was kind of composing myself and then they came and gave me a hug and I just burst out crying!"
Danielle tipped 18-year-old Oxshott student Letitia Herod and Irish beauty Lisa Madden, 19, as early frontrunners.
