T in the Park 2012 organisers have announced more acts to join the already impressive line up for this year's festival. Alongside headliners Snow Patrol, Kasabian and The Stone Roses, recently added artists include Hilltop Hoods, Blood Red Shoes, Mull Historical Society, Fun, King Charles, The Parlotones, Dog is Dead, Ren Harvieu, Stooshe, Here We Go Magic, The Minutes and Lonsdale Boys Club.

Not their first time at T in the Park, Australian trio Hilltop Hoods receive their invitation back based on their innovative approach to hip-hop. Blood Red Shoes are also back with their third album In Time to Voices, following a T debut in 2008. Colin MacIntyre's alter ego Mull Historical Society, whose whimsical, friendly approach to music has shaped his career, has also been added to the line up.

Among the newcomers, Lonsdale Boys Club have been compared to Gorillaz, Outkast and old school disco, and have promised to 'bring the funk to the festival fans at T in the Park'. Also of note are Nottingham five piece Dog is Dead, a harmonious indie-pop-jazz group who already boast a performance on Skins.
