'Geordie Shore's Sophie Kasaei was devastated when a plastic surgeon pointed out all her physical faults.
The bubbly MTV reality TV star visited the doctor for advice in her new documentary 'Get Thin or Die Tryin', where she explores the extremes the British public has gone to in order to lose weight but Sophie admitted having all her own imperfections explained by a professional was upsetting.
Sophie - who has considered having liposuction - exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I went in to see a surgeon and I was standing there in just my bra and knickers and asked him what I need to get done with my body.
"I have areas that I hate like my stomach and my arms but I stood in front of him and he was marking me up pointing out way more areas than I thought I needed to have done. Then I started second guessing myself, it really knocked my confidence badly. I sit here now just looking at my stomach and all of the places he pointed out and think I'm not happy with them."
Sophie, 21, also revealed the party lifestyle in 'Geordie Shore' has taken a toll on her waistline and twitter abuse made her unhappier than ever about her weight.
She said: "Now that I'm in the public eye I have been getting a little bit of abuse now and again on social networking sites like twitter. I'm probably the unhappiest I've ever been about my weight. I've tried so many diets and I've never gotten to where I want to be.
"The show is all about partying and if I go out and have a load of vodka and coke, all I want to do the next day is sit around and eat bad food."
'Get Thin or Die Tryin' is on Tuesday January 10 at 9pm on MTV.
