Little Mix want to be the next Spice Girls.
The girl band - who became the first group to win 'The X Factor' last night (11.12.11) - explained the 'Wannabe' hitmakers are their inspiration and they would love to emulate their success.
Speaking about former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell sending the group flowers before the final, Leigh-Anne Pinnock said: "We really look up to the Spice Girls - we aspire to be like them.
"They were all individual and we are all individual, and girls can relate to each and every one of us and that's what we love."
Leigh-Anne - who is joined in the band by Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson Jade Thirlwall - admitted the girls are still shocked they won and are thrilled they got put together as a group after initially auditioning as solo artists.
She said on ITV1's 'This Morning': "We never expected to get this far. It's insane! We're just so excited - and from the beginning I never really could see myself in a girl band.
"I didn't want to be in one, and then they put me in one and I just could not be on my own now. I could not have done it on my own."
Jesy added: "We actually cannot believe it, we can't believe we are sitting here today - it's so strange! We actually don't feel like we came in as solo artists now. We feel like we came in as a group, it's really strange."
