• Return to Mono Ivan Smagghe puts in a DJ set at his Glasgow hunting ground with Slam. Expect dark twisted electronic greatness. Sub Club, Glasgow, Fri 10 Aug.

• Seismic Seismic continues its run of collaborations. This time Robot Disco Terror come out to play. Guests include Legowelt (pictured) and Orgue Electronique from Holland who drop their jackin’ house bombs with explosive results. Blackfriars, Glasgow, Fri 10 Aug.

• Killer Kitsch Residents Euan and David play a mix of electro, breaks, rock, house and tech beats each and every Tuesday. This week they welcome the awesome Tramp DJs from Manchester’s midweek shindig. Kindred spirits. The Buff, Glasgow, Tue 14 Aug.

• Pretty Ugly Pretty Ugly resident DJs, the Underskirts, play host to the first lady of girl punk and punky reggae, The Slits singer and now True Warriors frontwoman Ari-Up. Unmissable. The Admiral, Glasgow, Tue 14 Aug.
