Olly Murs is eyeing a romance with 'Xtra Factor' co-host Caroline Flack when the show finishes in December.

The 27-year-old singer - who was runner-up in 'The X Factor' in 2009 - thinks the 31-year-old beauty is "gorgeous" and he loves "kissing, cuddling and flirting" with Caroline on the ITV2 spin-off series.

He explained: "We do some great flirting. I get to work with 'The X Factor' which is the best show on TV, and I get to work with someone gorgeous like Caroline. Happy days. We get to have a laugh and cuddle all day and we have a kiss here and there.

"We get on well and it's great to have that chemistry both on camera and off. Sometimes relationships build over time and at the moment we're concentrating on the job in hand but we do have a good flirt.

"She's attractive and we have a laugh, so when the show finishes in December who knows what will happen?"

However, Caroline isn't the only 'X Factor' star Olly has got his eye on, as he also admitted to having crushes on female judges Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos, as well as former panellists Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue.

Asked whether he fancies Tulisa and Kelly, Olly told The Sun newspaper: "Cor! Who doesn't? I used to get the same question with Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue, and of course I fancied them too.

"People would be saying I was gay if I didn't fancy Kelly and Tulisa. They're both gorgeous women and something completely different.

"Kelly's got this really endearing side, a cheeky American accent and the longest legs I've ever seen, and Tulisa is feisty and gorgeous. They're both hot."
