Red Hot Chili Peppers 2011 UK tour dates

Dublin, London, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham dates in November 2011

Veteran California funk-rockers Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced their first tour of UK and Ireland since 2006. They’ll be playing at various venues around the country throughout November, stopping in at Glasgow’s SECC on Sat 12 Nov. This will be the band’s first tour in the UK with new guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, after John Frusciante left on good terms to pursue a solo career in 2009. World music-influenced indie band Fool’s Gold will support the band for the duration of the tour.

The band will be touring their new album, I’m With You; the first single, ‘The Adventures of Raindance Maggie’, is out now.

Tickets officially go on sale at 9am on Fri 29 Jul. Presale tickets will be available to those who pre-order the new album at RHCP’s website.
